The client’s objective was to obtain an accurate evaluation in order to be able to plan the conversion and renovation work precisely. The team utilized the RTC360 scanner and AllPlan software to scan and model the existing guest- and farmhouse with attached stables. 2D and 3D models were created using the point cloud. The building, spanning approximately 3,200 square meters, required a comprehensive scanning approach, which involved a total of 123 scans. The team successfully created an accurate representation of the building, enabling efficient design and planning processes for future renovations.
